That same day I received a collection letter after countless calls and not getting to talk to anyone. I’m not upset about the the bill I was expecting that but the cowards sending me to collection before even sending me a bill. The service isn’t worth the extra cost I now pay 1/3 the price with another carrier and get the same service. I will not be going back to Verizon after over 20 years of never missing one payment and having a collection sent after me over a final bill. Disgusting and pathetic.
