  Of course I had specific needs for myself and my family Verizon did exactly what I needed and everyone left more than happy with our phones the phone we kept and the plan we selected, thank you to Tyrone for all his help he stayed patient and was very knowledgeable the whole time he helped us and it was a pleasure.

  Konnor is extremely disrespectful to his customers and waved me off while I was speaking with him I am very disappointed in the entire Victra Verizon company. I purchased a unit at their valley store and immediately had issues with the service and took it to this location out of convenience to fix the problem and I got the run around from the team in store and the 1-800 number and still do not have a resolved problem. I will never go to a victra store again and I don’t recommend either victra location in the valley. If you can help it just go to the corporate location on Francis Very dissatisfied customer from both locations

  Konnor is very unprofessional — waved me off while I was speaking as if I was nobody. I have a business account with 6 lines and he did not solve my problem. If anything, he made it worse. I will never use this location ever again, nor do I recommend using this location. I am very disappointed in his business ethics, and the way he treats customers. I’m a very dissatisfied customer & I am contemplating just changing from Verizon to another reputable carrier so I don’t have to deal with that location or customer service like theirs ever again.
