I paid $250 in fees and taxes when obtaining my new device then received my first bill from Verizon for $360 in more activation fees and taxes. Very gimmicky and pushy sales tactics. Wish I had gone to real Verizon store but the signage looks the same, I had no idea until I received the receipt. It’s actually “Victra”

We were greeted immediately, shared our issues & needs, and Tyrone L. took on our case. He was very kind, knowledgable, and answered all our questions so that we could understand. He got us a great deal for our family plan, and while it always takes so long to get a new phone and get it set up, we were comfortable in the store and Tyrone made the process go very smoothly.

The prices and promotions were more than I could pass up at Verizon I bought a iPhone17 and switched from Xfinity to Verizon. Not only did I change phone and provider, I changed to Verizon’s internet with TV streaming. I started this process on 11-4-25 and because Xfinity hasn’t released my husband’s phone yet, I have to wait until 11-7-25 before everything is completed and we are totally with Verizon. Tyrone with Verizon on East Sprague has been very knowledgeable, honest, patient and has worked very hard to ensure I get the most for my money, and that he represents Verizon’s commitment to excellence.

We ended up needing to purchase 2 new phones, 1 new service, on an existing plan. The price was great, the phones were in stock and fairly easy to set up, and Tyrone was great explaining how it all worked. We had some issues, moving one of the numbers from another carrier. That was not fun, but the Verizon guys were patient and helpful with that process too. Data and photos were moved to the new phones successfully. We will definitely be back to this store when we need something. These guys are the best.
