We were simply trying to come back to Verizon after a brief stint with Comcast. The associate who "helped" us had to go through the same activation process 4x for a variety of reasons. He couldn't remember basic information that we provided multiple times. In addition Our phones were ported incorrectly (they figured that out at the second location). He butchered our address which we just fixed through customer support and provided us with tons of incorrect information including our phones should transfer within 2-3 hours. We ended up going to the second location (Indiana) after being without phone service for over a day. EVEN With all that I wasn't going to post a negative review but then our bill arrived for over 400 dollars charges! He told us it would be $188 a month. We contacted customer service who had no record of the $195 dollars in activation we paid out the door (our bank statements have the record). Customer service dis honor the price quoted but this was the most incompetent customer service experience I've ever encountered. They have NO IDEA what they're doing. Do not waste your time with this third rate third party vendor.
