Went there for a ipad pencil and ask about a ipad for my daughter the guy was very helpful in explaining the difference and what would best meet my needs. He was also very friendly and approachable

Every time I go into the valley store new people.Was in the other day and was told delivery in Spokane for a 75 tv and set it up on stands was 365.00. Then went to the north store and was told 179.00.Sue be nice if the people are trained properly.But when you have high turnover the just the way it is.One thing for sure they need to high older people for they would take the time to stay on the job longer and give much better customer service.
The kids that I have talk to have said Best Buy is just for now until something better comes along.

After having a very negative experience at the North location, I came here looking to purchase a new Desktop. I had a very positive experience with the associate, and they helped me find a purchase that made me happy. While I was spending a little out of budget, I was willing to do this because I could walk out with it same day and the associate assured me "all of our desktops come with a keyboard and mouse" so I would be saving money in that regard.
I am giving 3 stars because when I arrived home and unboxed the desktop. I was disappointed to find that this did not come with a mouse and keyboard. Even the inventory guide with the PC in the box states it does not. This definitely soured what should have been a positive experience.
After such a negative experience at the North location, paired with another subpar experience with this one, I am hesitant to shop at a best buy again in the near future. I will definitely be more attentive, even if an associate assures me of something it may not be true.

Sat dec 13 at 1pm went into best buy spok valley to buy a TV. Both Front door greeters friendly and helpful. 3 guys in TV dept and 2 guys near by cameras were too busy chatting with each other, leaning on the merchandise to help a customer. Not one acknowledged the other customers looking including me, not one asked me if could help or even made eye contact. After about 10 mins helping myself, looking at floor merchandise and obviously comparing on my phone, i gave up. They were still deep in conversation. Didn't think it was up to a customer to interrupt their personal conversation. Looked for a mgr none to be found so took my business elsewhere. Total waste of the drive to this store.
