  What an absolute garbage experience. After driving 3+ hours to pick up the part they left out of my delivery (the one I spent thousands of dollars on) I went in to the “Visitor Entrance” you know, where you’d enter while visiting. Asked if there was a restroom I could use in this middle-of-nowhere industrial complex and was told over a speaker “can’t let you in the building” then he took his finger off the little call box button and went about his way. After being a lifelong Best Buy customer and each experience getting a little more and more lame, this was it. I will never give Best Buy a penny again. I only need a business to tell me I don’t matter as a customer so many times before I listen. Costco and Amazon beat them every time anyway, I just always tris to stay loyal to the businesses I used and treated well. Customer service has went all the way out the window with this company and this customer just followed them out that window. P.S. I was a solid customer. Over $4k on Christmas gifts and I’ve already dropped over $7k this year and it is only February. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

  Strict on appointment!!! My app was 6:00 arrived 5:20 empty was 7:05 with papers. Clean and nice facility
