- TTTania TranOct 23, 20245.0We are so thankful for Dr. Libra and team at Snohomish VCA. We have been taking our 2 dogs here for about 5 years now and they are well taken care of. We currently have a sick 11 year old German Shepherd dog and Dr. Libra has gone above and beyond, keeping in communication with us during the weekend and evenings to make sure things are ok. Over the years, we have been very happy with the ease of communication, efficiency, and caring of all the staff here.
