- IAIsaac AlexanderDec 29, 20251.0The rating system should really go from negative five stars to five stars, because i was lied to by both original salesmen that helped me at this store, and when I called verizon to resolve the issue the representative flat out hung up on me. I switched to Verizon to reduce my family plan and was promised a first bill of $170. My first bill was almost $600. Every attempt to resolve this issue has been met with an attitude of robbery. Two months later and my business phone #, as well as my kids phone, is still off, and basically being held hostage until I pay the extortion. I was lied to, robbed through extortion, and other than lawyering up, I will have no recourse but to just give them the money in order to get business back up. My estimation is this process has cost me nearly $20,000 so far and the company continues to refuse to even allow me to contact someone. Negative five stars. Dishonesty. Extotion. Robbery.
