    Guy was rude and really condescending. Told me my tablet didn't take a Sim card and he couldn't connect it to my phone line, wouldn't wait for me to take it out of the case to show him where the sim card currently is. Wouldnt help me finish setting up my iPhone, just told me to do it at home on my own wifi even though the other phone we needed was literally just outside the front door. Also tried to sell me on insurance(for a fully paid off phone) and perks that I didn't want, and copped attitude when I declined them.

    Didn't take the time to look into customer SOECIFIC Need. Threw a Good Son and Man out of the store. Supposed to get rebate. Supv at call center said he would note acct, which He Did Not. Was told also to go to this specific location. Been dealing with cust service since June! BBB here I come. Sadly.

    Verizon has become unable to supply the coverage T mobile now does. I was with Verizon for over 30 years. They never offered me amy special pricing that they offered to new customers . They only treat you nice when they are trying to get your business. When we tried to remove the internet service it took HOURS to get anyone to talk to us and when we finaly got to talk to someone on the phone we were on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for an answer. If you have Verison I would strongly suggest talking with T Mobile before making your decision. We now have far better connection service than we had with Verizon. Far better coverage for sure.
