Horrible service , manager just doesn’t care. All they want is to sell products, once an item is sold they will not help and do not care. Complaint has been filled with Verizon .

Find a different store to go to as at this one you will wait, wait, wait, wait, then be treated rudely by an over entitled self important staff who are seriously unwilling to actually help a Customer. Left there, went to a different store where I was promptly and courteously assisted with a smile and competence.

I generally do not leave negative reviews but this experience was a doozy. High pressure. Rude to both me and my wife. Salesperson named Adonis….which is definitely an ironic name. He was kind enough to let us know that if we didnt like the service, we can always just stay home. We definitely will moving forward.

Was told I would have an hour and a half wait just to speak to someone. Not the first time I have no had good customer service hear on Friday 13Dec25 and then today 15dec25 I was given the cold shoulder and told it would be better if I just called customer service. There was one other customer in the store also not being helped. I’ll switching to AT&T after this. Joke of a store they just sit around on their phones and don’t help any customers.

Showed up at opening and asked to check in. Was told there would be a 30-45 minute. Apparently the two customers before us would take that long to get through. There were at least four employees in the store but apparently coming in to upgrade your phone takes a specialist.
When asked to use their restroom, was informed they didn't have one. To go ask the surrounding businesses to use theirs.
While waiting saw multiple people (at least 6) come in and when "checking in" they turned around and left. Not sure time they were told but apparently it wasn't worth waiting.
They employees helping customers with their plans and/or upgrades had to keep talking to the lead guy. It felt like a car dealership where the salesperson goes away all the time. Apparently they need his assistance/approval to do anything.
Listening to a few interactions, I'm not convinced the employees were taking time to listen to the customers and understand their concerns.
For example, a couple came in to make a payment. And were directed to a machine where they could do that. They had to explain to multiple people that they had been trying to pay online and on the phone already. Then still had to show the lead guy that it didn't work on the machine before he would add them to the list (over an hour wait).
On the plus side, they did get to us at the 38 minute mark... so it did fall in the 30-45 estimate. After selecting the updated plan and phone we wanted, it took an additional 25 minutes to get out the door.
Which is when I learned they have a timed safe that contributes to the wait.
As they were helping us, a couple more employees came in and started helping people so maybe their service speed picked up afterwards.
The first customer in the door when they opened was still being helped when we left... 65 minutes later.
