- JGJoel GillumFeb 26, 20265.0Went for my first-time visit 02/25/2026. Absolutely Recommend. Very nice staff and great care for Puppy, who actually is over 100 (dog years) lol. Puppy has severe allergies to the point he hasn't slept very much and he has chewed his hair off, numerous spots,from itching. VCA gave Puppy a treatment plan and shots. 6 hours later he is sleeping like a baby. Before I couldn't even touch him without him wanting to itch. The billing was very normal for 1st visit and shots and Care. I am so satisfied. We both will sleep good tonight! 😴 😃

Took her in this morning, waited 4.5 hours to be told, “Your dog is stable and it’s not life threatening … the wait is just getting longer … we probably won’t be able to see your dog today, but you can come back tomorrow and do the same thing over again.” Not quite sure how that makes sense … she’s going to be “stable” tomorrow so wouldn’t we just get push off tomorrow, as well? No help, no guidance - Just, “We’re not gonna be able to help you today.” Thank you to the vet hospital for letting my itchy dog sit in a car for 4.5 hours when we could have gotten help somewhere else.
