They really do care about your animals well being and do an excellent job at explaining after care. They even gave a follow up call to make sure everything was alright.

We have taken multiple pets here over the years and have always had a good experience with them. Great care from all the staff. Prices are decent for being an emergency vet.

My dog has been itching for days. Regular vet can’t see her for 3 weeks. Took her in this morning, waited 4.5 hours to be told, “Your dog is stable and it’s not life threatening … the wait is just getting longer … we probably won’t be able to see your dog today, but you can come back tomorrow and do the same thing over again.” Not quite sure how that makes sense … she’s going to be “stable” tomorrow so wouldn’t we just get push off tomorrow, as well? No help, no guidance - Just, “We’re not gonna be able to help you today.” Thank you to the vet hospital for letting my itchy dog sit in a car for 4.5 hours when we could have gotten help somewhere else.

I’ve been taking my pets here for years for emergency situations. Today we lost our dog and my husband and I agreed that the process here couldn’t be any kinder, compassionate and caring. We wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so supportive during our difficult time.

I should’ve took the warning when The front desk receptionist didn’t know if the visit was gonna cost me or not . Had to explain that online says first visit free and she told me to screen shot it . But I took the chance and went in anyway. During my appointment They said the first exam was free but everything else was gonna cost . It just got worse from there . The rabies shot . 100% I was expecting that . But all the other vaccines we questioned because we wanna know what it is you’re going to inject into our cat. I asked The Doctor if There was any natural herbs we could use and she quickly got defensive said she wasn’t going to argue and she said herbs weren’t going to help anything because science proves that herbs can’t prevent diseases ( her words) Next thing you know she’s saying we also need to get our cat fixed and explained what will happen if we quickly don’t . Then she said our cat has ear mites . Our bill quickly jumped . I said okay I’ll pay for the medicine for the ear mites that she said can only be prescribed . Then said she thinks there’s something living inside our cats ear aside from the ear mites . So now we’re paying for the medicine , ear cleaning and an ear exam which was confusing . When I started to question the 2nd doctor I was talking to. I said let me guess there’s another Medicine and that’s gonna cost me about 100 keep in mind that’s on top of all of the other cost they threw at us . This 2nd doctor says yes ! Me and my partner look at each other because now we’re 100s in. We tell her okay let’s do it ! She comes back and say she doesn’t want us to have a bad taste in our mouth . So said we currently don’t need the ear exams. I was like but you just said my cat just might have another parasite aside from the ear mites . Then she goes just take the meds we gave and let’s see what happens.. Couldn’t we have did that in the first place before Dr #1 tried to give me all these add ons and price gouge Us. Just be careful going here ! And read the other reviews !
