  Don't even waste your time bringing stuff here. We brought our thousand dollar computer that was built with parts all bought from the silverdale BestBuy last year that got water spilled on it and they returned it to us after a week with the graphics card still broken. They told us they stress tested it and it passed and made us sign a piece of paper saying it worked before they would return the computer to us. How do we know it works if we dont have access to it? Or did they make us sign that because they knew it didnt work and are too lazy to actually replace the part and just said it was stress tested when they didnt actually do anything? All they did was wipe the case off. Don't bring your stuff here. Its a waste of time and money.

  iPhone 15 Pro battery replacement service not recommended here. I had a battery replaced during a 2 hour appointment for it to eventually break my screen, which they did offer to replace the screen; however if the mainboard ended being broken I would have to be without a a phone for 3-5 days while a replacement comes in so I get a loaner phone and return to drop my phone off to screen replacement only to discover when I get home the screws are missing in the bottom which are integral to holding the screen in AND they didn’t replace my screen protector… so my phone still isn’t truly repaired at the time of writing this review.

  Poor experience and waste of time. It seems if you call with questions, your do not get the local store but, rather, get sent to a not particularly helpful call center. So I went online and scheduled an appointment to have my iphone battery replaced. When i arrived, I was told there was noone there who is certified to do apple replacements, may not be for at least a month, and that the online system should not have scheduled me. What i learned from this is that the overall Best Buy system at this point is pretty screwed up such that it is best to go elsewhere.
