  Poor experience and waste of time. It seems if you call with questions, your do not get the local store but, rather, get sent to a not particularly helpful call center. So I went online and scheduled an appointment to have my iphone battery replaced. When i arrived, I was told there was noone there who is certified to do apple replacements, may not be for at least a month, and that the online system should not have scheduled me. What i learned from this is that the overall Best Buy system at this point is pretty screwed up such that it is best to go elsewhere.

  Like others have said, the manager Matt here is a lifesaver. Breaking a $1k phone will ruin anybody's day, but after this guy managed to avoid charging me an arm and a leg and from enduring a week or more wait time it was a lot easier to shrug that off. Will be back again, thanks Matt!

  It is impossible to get a live person on the phone to schedule an appointment. After three days of trying to get service I’m going somewhere else.

  I had an appointment today at BestBuy booked thru Apple to replace a cracked iPhone screen. Best Buy: “we can’t replace the screen because it cant display diagnostics before replacing the screen.” The screen is broken. Why would expect it to work to run diagnostics? Why even offer this service? As far as cracked screens go, this one wasn’t even that bad. Can’t their diagnostics device output diagnostics via USB? Can’t they use text to voice? All of those functions work fine. I never had this issue at an Apple Store with a cracked screen and was hoping to save a trip to Tacoma. Thanks for wasting my time, waiting a week for a same-day appointment just to be turned away. Never again!

  They did a great job fixing my computer - it's running better than ever! Now with this "contract" (which I can opt out of whenever I want to), my husbands computer is also covered. And they installed an antivirus on my computer and he can take his in and have it installed on it too, free of charge. In addition they set me up with my favorite browser - now I know it will work right!
