They always ask if they can help out with a product, and even with the small stuff they treat it like it is a big ticket item. That's why I continue to shop at Best Buy for most of my electronics.

Inhouse car Install services are a joke. Super inconvenient, poor communication, no accountability and total lack of any organization. Have had two appointments scheduled with them to install a dash cam and they have cancelled both. One on the day of several hours before via phone message and one in store at the time of the second appointment without previous notice which was made by kara or karen the manager. One last try before I return the product and go elsewhere.

I went for a printer. I had an idea of what I wanted but wanted someone with more knowledge who could help with the final decision as well as help lift it since my lifting ability is limited due to pregnancy. Tried finding an employee and the two i found seemed busy bouncing customer to customer. After about 15 minutes, I went over to the apple desk, waited another 10 minutes and asked if she could call an available employee for me at printers since i know it wasn't her department. She did, i went back, waited another 15 minutes, no one ever did. I eventually just picked a printer and got it into a cart myself. But they had a printer that fit my needs!

If I could give 0 stars i would..Was lied to all the way to the cash register by mod just for him to get the 1000 sale..If you dont know the promotion dont pimp it but as a mod you should know what the actual promotion is and just one word of advice dont ever ever follow a pissed off women all the way out the doors..Honestly this one mod should not have a job at all

iPhone 15 Pro battery replacement service not recommended here. I had a battery replaced during a 2 hour appointment for it to eventually break my screen, which they did offer to replace the screen; however if the mainboard ended being broken I would have to be without a a phone for 3-5 days while a replacement comes in so I get a loaner phone and return to drop my phone off to screen replacement only to discover when I get home the screws are missing in the bottom which are integral to holding the screen in AND they didn’t replace my screen protector… so my phone still isn’t truly repaired at the time of writing this review.
