    My issue is with the unprofessional geek squad staff who came to install my TV, made a mess of my driveway, tracked mud all through my house, attitude about taking sound bar off old TV, never hauled away my old TV event hough I paid $50 extra dollars for them to do so. Then trying to get it resolved when calling the store with uses a new AI system that is impossible to not get sent to the call center in another country. Im so frustrated!

    First time walking in with the item pulled up on my phone showing it was in the store, gentleman at the front assured me they didn’t carry the item. In fact convinced me it’s not even worth walking around to try to find it. I go in later in the day and a new guy at the front knew exactly what stand it was on and where it was at. I think it’s just a matter of training and time on the job.

    I wanted a remote start for my vehicle. I dealt with R*** at the mobile installation center. I had four separate appointments over the span of two months and each time the technician cancelled and said either he didn’t have the right equipment/ the products he checked out for my vehicle weren’t compatible. The first time I understood because he said he had an employee quit and left him short handed. Not sure why tech did not bother to double check his inventory and make sure he is ready for every appointment properly. By the fourth time I was done dealing with this. Complete waste of my time. The tech gave me excuse after excuse, instead of results. May this level of gross incompetence never find me again.

    Management is pushing the credit card way to much to the point it's straight harassment. I was asked by at least 6 employees that tracked me down in the store to offer it. This isn't the experience I would expect. I would of been fine being asked once. Cool shoot your shot. But there is no system in place that makes sure each employee you run into "or tracked down by" pushes it multiple times. I understand cooperate metrics. But this isn't a pleasant shopping experience, and it makes me and my family not want to go back.

    Customer service rendered is very selective at this location. My two trips to this location I’ve had the same experience. First trip I picked up a laptop I ordered online. The gentleman with dreads assisting me went around me to help another customer and even when I was finally helped he continued to talk to her while helping me. Very rude and unprofessional. Today I returned that laptop because it stopped working just after the second use. I waited in line but unfortunately, it was the same experience except this time it was a lady with braids and her shirt said general manager. She was extremely helpful to the person in front of me but once my turn came she said one second and walked away without nearly the same courtesy until her colleague offered to help. With in seconds another customer walked up and she instantly became readily available to assist this customer and all those that walked in after me with world class customer service. She never acknowledged me again even though I was clearly shopping and in need of assistance. However, other employees that did not look like me or her offered assistance and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to find what I needed. I was able to make a purchase finally and as I exited the store every employee I encountered previously acknowledged me and continued to display great customer service. Well all except the manager lady who continued her nonchalant demeanor didn’t acknowledge me even when her coworker stopped in mid conversation to ensure I was good to go. As for the Manager not a single acknowledgment or courtesy and again she and I are both African American yet her treatment towards me was very wayward similar to the guy with dreads the very first time I enter this store. Not sure why but at this location the African American workers aren’t as courteous and nor professional to their African American customers but go above and beyond for others. Not sure why this is a thing at this location especially considering I’ve lived in much more racially hostile communities from those different from me yet receive better treatment. Because I did receive excellent service from others I’m leaving a 2 stars. We gotta do better with equity and inclusion regardless the customer’s ethnicity.
