    Shout out to KOBE in the TV department. We walked in looking for a specific price point and size tv. Kobe was our sales lead. He gave us the run down on options with excellent informative commentary, helped us work thru the differences, and was patient as we decided within ten minutes. Very helpful. We selected a TCL 55 inch with mini LED and was most happy with this purchase. Thank you Kobe.

    I needed to buy a new TV and saw they had a good sale online so I decided to go to the store. The person in that department explained the difference between the models thoroughly and was very helpful. I'm very happy with the one I chose and I have no complaints about the experience.

    I made an appointment to fix my cracked screen, and they said over the phone that it would take about 20 minutes. I went in today, and they told me that they don’t even do repairs, and that they’d have to mail it to apple. Why’d they even bother telling me they could repair, let alone make an appointment? No fault to the geek squad guy I talked to, but very aggravating experience today.
