Excellent online purchasing experience with Best Buy. I found a great external Dell DVD drive on sale at a great price. No other retailer was even close to that deal. I bought it and--amazingly--it was delivered the next day even though I chose not to pay extra for it. The drive is just what I wanted and I remain impressed I got to buy it at that sale price.
Best Buy isn't always a great place to buy major appliances and have them installed. But in this case, the company came through for me and I will purchase online from them again.

Brought my iPhone in for repair at geek squad. Was told it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. I ended up getting my phone back 4 and a half hours later. Then when trying to get my phone back no one knew who’s phone was who’s in the back. Then gave me a little attitude. Customer service was not friendly at all.

I had a laptop in my cart and had a simple question about Microsoft Office that I wanted to purchase with it. I called several times. The first time, the woman had no clue what I was talking about. She wanted my phone number and email address to transfer me to tech. I told her I didn't need tech, just a sales rep who knew the answer. I called back to speak to the manager. After asking for the manager 3x, VR hung up on me. The 3rd time, I got another woman who had no clue. I asked if she was in the Silverdale store and she said they refer all their calls to them because they are busy. What happened to Best Buy? TERRIBLE!

The Best Buy in Silverdale, WA met my needs. The Geek Squad were great explaining the process and upon pick up explaining what was found, etc. Staff were friendly, competent, and knowledgeable.

Installation center was absolutely terrible. Rory kept rescheduling me due to errors on the stores end and his. They got me the wrong part then decided to only tell me the day of the appointment when I already scheduled the installation 2 weeks out. Then waited another two weeks and the day of appointment he called 30 minutes before my appointment time to tell me he has to reschedule because some issue with his back. He tried to reschedule me another 2-3 weeks out. I guess this is not his first time doing all this after reading previous reviews. Terrible customer service at the installation center in Silverdale. I was able to get my remote start and alarm system done at Tacoma. Great service there!!!
