    Consistently horrible service. Today I had to go in because when I called into Verizon to have them transfer my number to a new phone, they disconnected service from both my old phone and new phone and so we were disconnected from the call. This left me without a phone to call anyone, and so I had to go into the store. I explained my situation and they told me it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait!! I kindly explained again that Verizon was responsible for deactivating my line and that I couldn't even reach my family. He stood firm that I would have to wait the hour and a half - unbelievable! I understand waiting your turn, but when your company made an error and your customer can't reach their family, you make exceptions. Poor service per usual.

    For the Best Service, go to This store and ask for Reps Danny or Zach. And if they are busy, Assistant Manager Mike and Retail Manager Joseph Feraldi will take care of you. While I was there, they mentioned a new system was about to launch. It has launched and It works. It speeds things up a lot. The employees like it! All of the employees are good, but these 4 went above and beyond to help me. They were polite, professional, really smart, and they explained things simply so I could understand my phone. Thank you for all your help. I’m sending folks your way!

    Tricked the customer to buy devices with useless phone line services. Partly it is on the customer but they really shouldn’t sell the cheapest device and bundle with an expensive phone line. I have att and have done lots of outdoor activities. I usually have the same coverage as my Verizon fellow hikers/clmibers/backpackers. Their customer service representatives gave different information. It really sucks. The store people are horrible with their service too. Will stay away from Verizon.

    My husband and I went to the Verizon store on N 205 in Shoreline yesterday to select new phones as part of their current promotion. Zack, who helped us, Ben, and the manager Joe were really patient as we worked through the issues of converting pretty old phones with plenty of data to the new, much more modern Google Pixel 9 Pros. We really appreciated their support and kindness! Strongly recommend this Verizon store.
