  I went to Geek Squad because my phone wouldn’t wake up. They told me it was a battery issue and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 12:00 PM. When I arrived, they had changed my appointment to 12:40 without telling me. I waited over an hour for no reason—there was no one else there, yet they still made me wait. When it was finally my turn, it took them 8 minutes to tell me it wasn’t the battery and that I needed to go to Apple to replace my phone. So, hours wasted just to be redirected somewhere else.

  Horrible service. Literally just trying to pick up a computer. Spent 22 minutes on phone where the person was absolutely useless. Finally had to hang up before I became upset. Last time I spend any money there.

  I took my new laptop in yesterday 4/29/19 for help retrieving my Windows 10 password. The guy tried to sell me a $200 tech support package instead of helping me with the reason I came in in the first place. The dude took my laptop to a BACK ROOM so they could WORK on it. A while later comes to me and says your computer is shutting down it’s the motherboard and we are we not able to fix it. What a bunch of SCAMMERS. Took my laptop to OFFICE DEPOT in Ballard and Dan the general manager helped me. He said the battery was so low and needs to charge up that is why it’s shutting down Kept my laptop overnight to charge it up and reset the Windows password. Called me this morning and said done come get your laptop! I DO NOT recommend Geek Squad nothing but a bunch of scammers. I highly recommend OFFICE DEPOT in Ballard! So grateful to Dan for being an honest and genuine human being!
