- JJJenniferApr 24, 20181.0As it turns out, I had a very simple troubleshooting situation with my laptop (as diagnosed by another local computer store) however the Geek Squad was completely incompetent in assisting me. They were only able to "guess" that my computer's AC adaptor had failed and had some rinky-dink method of testing that was basically inconclusive. They then did not have a single back-up charger to test my laptop's charging port - in all of Best Buy, they did not have one single LG charger? I could not believe the incompetence and lack of willingness to really even try to help. Don't bother here - they're really just trying to sell you new stuff. Head to Seattle Computer in Lake City instead.
