We were offered a connection for $100 for four lines and a Motorola phone for $80. But when it was time to pay, they charged us $300. When we asked why $300 and not $180, the employee said that it was a fee. We turned around and left. So Cricket lost new customers. And I do not recommend this company to anyone. A very strange approach to new customers.

Having an atypical phone that was self-purchased, he was able to look into the connection settings and determined that the cause was due to an out of date sim card. Definitely suggest Omari as a go-to guy.
