  Forget about calling the store. The AI will not let you speak to anyone on site, forces you into a category and then reroutes you to an India call center. I am sad to do this but this is deal changer for me to work or buy anything from BestBuy. I just wanted to see if they could fix my Samsung phone screen but AI doesn't know how to route this.

  Very rude experience. I rarely comment. But if you need something, they’ll act very dismissive, and will say “I’ll send you someone”, and twenty minutes passed, and still no one comes. It’s been like this for 4 years

  Quoted me $20 for a data transfer from a dead laptop but it was a bait and switch: when I came back they tried to charge me $100. A complete waste of time, avoid.

  ​I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in today specifically to get help with a new camera setup and some laptop accessories, but the experience was a total disaster. First off, the customer service is practically non-existent. I walked around the camera department for 20 minutes and despite several employees standing around chatting with each other, not one person offered to help. When I finally flagged someone down, they gave me the classic "I'll be right with you" and then proceeded to disappear into the back and never return. Avoid this location. You’re better off ordering online or going to a store that actually values your time.

  I bought an LG B5 65" OLED TV here and after 4 months it stopped working. I had 1 year manufacturer's warranty on it and had it repair once but it still had the same issue after the first repair by a technician (no power). Best buy is unable to exchange this for a new one and I feel like I wasted 1000$ dollars for a TV that only lasted 4 months. This isn't a negative review of this specific location, but for all of best buy in general. Though, i have been shopping here for many years and i have had issues with their geek squad at this location in the past. Best buy has a terrible policy if your device malfunctions or no longer works that pretty much forces you to get their warranties along the purchases you make.
