We went to Best Buy on Saturday hoping to price-match a washer and dryer set, and Jacob and Armin went above and beyond to help us. Although the dryer wasn’t in stock at any WA location, they took the time to think through options with us and suggested we check the Auburn Outlet as there were a few open box. What I really appreciated was how intentional they were about helping us come up with a plan rather than rushing us, and they were also thoughtful in pointing out alternative options to consider. Overall, a very positive and helpful experience.

Trade in program is a scam, so is their membership program and credit card. It starts off feeling like a good deal then they rip you off, steal your trade in, and charge you interest even though you paid your balance on time in full. They are very friendly while trying to sell you something but trying to resolve issues customer service lie to you and be rude. The instore employees are the only good thing about I say about this company.

Employees lie about products they have in stock so they can save it for themselves. Came in today because an app I use thats 3rd party told me they had a certain item in stock. Once I got there the person at the door asked what I was looking for and without even taking the 7 digit sku just flat out says they dont have it they're all sold out. Wouldn't take the sku to look it up and made me wait in line. I told cashier I have a sku she asks what its for, I tell her pokemon and instantly get hit with the same thing the door guy told me. Don't have it it sold out. I get her to look up the SKU and what do you know, 1 in stock in their system just like my app said. They try again to tell me they dont have it, I ask for a manager, manager comes and tells me they dont have it they sold the only one this morning, even though last night said they had 2, and REFUSES to go look. So I come in spend 15 minutes in line just to have no one even ATTEMPT to go look for the product. The only logical conclusion I can draw from this is they're hiding it for themselves to resell. I already called to file a complaint and I will escalate this. I was in the store around 220pm to 230pm today you will see me on yhe cameras and I promise if you look up sku 6621081 that it will show sold to an employee some time later today after I went in. Guarantee it. I want a manager to reach out to me or district manager. Shadiest best buy EVER.

Don’t come if you’re in a rush. I blame management. Everyone is nice but I came for a simple pick up and it took forever. The line to checkout/pick up was halfway down the store and only 1 person was on register while there were about 4-6 workers at the front of the store just yapping to each other. But I do want to shoutout the ones actually working were very helpful.

The only saving grace was Joaquin at the Geek Squad desk. Was essentially blown off by a couple blue shirts, but I needed a case and screen protector for my new-to-me (refurb) S23. The micro-managing supervisor (I'd hate to work there) told me that if I didn't see anything on the shelf in the overwhelming sea of options marked as for an S23 they didn't have it. After resorting to using the website, and having my friend help me search for the case that easily came up after a quick search that would've been available to the first guy, I finally found a couple that came up but they're technically for S25. Note that they use electronic shelf tags that can be lit up to help find the specific product on the shelf, so assuming they work properly, what took us 10+ minutes would've been nearly instant with the help I had requested. Then when I had to find a screen protector and was blown off again, I resorted to the Geek Squad because at least they might look up stock or give me alternatives and there wasn't anyone waiting for help. Because of Joaquin, and ONLY because of him, I'll come back to look at the TVs I was hoping to look for today. I was so irritated by the other two employees I couldn't be there any longer. It was a busy day, but I was patient, polite, and willing to wait but still got terrible service from the floor. I work retail and there's simply no good excuse for this behavior.
