  Very little help! The associate would rather do nothing in a store with no customers than help with known issues. The only help that was offered was upselling, I came in to pay a bill my attempt was unsuccessful. Don't worry about my internet provider when you can't even help with customer support.

  Laci (yes with i) was OUTSTANDING and extremely PROFESSIONAL. I've had BAD experiences with Verizon factory stores and this is why I always ask first if I've wandered into a factory store. It seemed that Verizon factory store employees are more interested in a commission than helping the customer. (Not all factory stores are like this). But this the reason I took my business to Oregon instead of purchasing my new Samsung 25S Ultra in Clark County, WA where I live. NOT Laci, she fixed the issue with Google chat in about 7 seconds. I use Google chat to communicate with my 2 son's that live in Japan and New Zealand. Google chat is my life blood to communicate with them and grandkids in Japan and New Zealand. Laci not just an employee, she is a shining star and I'm happy to endorse this 5 star ✨️ for her.

  Laci did a great job helping us add a line and changing our plan to save us money, she even stayed after her shift ended to help us with our transaction. 100% recommend! Thank you for all your time and assistance 🙂

  Paul was here to help today, my sibling had a mail in order today and went into the store as soon as they opened. Unfortunately they hadn’t checked the mail yet but Paul went out of his way to find their order. If he had of waited we would have had to wait for at least an hour. Thanks for your help Paul

  First time visiting, and YAY Ridgefield--we finally have a local, friendly, efficient Verizon store/service center!!! Paul was my service rep, so fun, friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond. Tony was another service rep helping another customer and he was good too. Come on in, Ridgefield, let's keep this store here.
