Not honest or thorough in anything. Didn't even show me how the watch works. Verizon has lost good people at the GWWay store in Richland. They push you thru, don't explain the plan, didn't get any paperwork, constantly looking around store instead of giving attention to client in front of them. Totally disgusted with whole process and want out of the whole transaction. I will never recommend Verizon.

She checked multiple times with her management and I was assured that my bill would stay the same or just slightly more based on the changes. The system had an issue part way through and I had to leave and come back. This whole transaction took about 2.5 hours. After that got resolved, and I got back to my home I realized the changes would result in a bill 3 times the amount of the last bill and ongoing it would be doubled. What I came in for was a phone upgrade for one line. I called the store the following morning and reached the same person. She said they could not help me and to call Verizon. Fortunately the rep at Verizon resolved the issue. This was all around a frustrating experience to say the least.
