- SPSteven PhillipsDec 3, 20211.0In November of 2021, I was passing an Inland Asphalt truck with a full load when THEIR unsecure load launched rock onto the top of my truck causing my sunroof to explode and shatter. After following the driver I was able to get his bosses name (Dan) and number. Dan was about the most unprofessional individual I have ever spoken with. I asked him how he would like to handle this situation and he informed me he was not handling anything as he deals with "people like me" about 20 times year. He finally informed me I could come to their office and pick up a form to fill out. I did so and sent it to Dan and the General Manager, Doug Migas, with full details of what happened as well as cost estimates. They decided after their "investigation" that they were going to deny all responsibility and not work with me. Extremely rude, unprofessional and dishonest people seem to be running the office here in Richland.
