- KKKNov 7, 20251.0My experience at VCA Redmond was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Abby, was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy when I called about my CareClub membership. I explained that I was never contacted about the suspension and had multiple prior conversations with staff where no one mentioned any issues. She implied I was being dishonest, refused to let me speak with anyone else, and was equally rude when we came in with our pet. Afterward, I spoke with the Bellevue VCA location, and they were the complete opposite — kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. It’s unfortunate that the Redmond location doesn’t reflect the level of compassion and communication that VCA claims to value as part of their company’s standards.

We got a call the next morning to confirm the appointment and get more information regarding the injury. Our entire experience was outstanding, I wish we were staying in the area just to continue regular care. I highly recommend coming here.
