  Fantastic Clinic! My dogs love going here. They are excited to see the friendly staff every time we go. I also have a cat that doesn't like anyone but likes the staff here. My animals won't go anywhere else. Medical care has been great and having people my animals trust for a boarding option has made traveling so much less stressful.

  Today we visited the clinic because our dog needed her anal glands expressed. We were taken in quickly, and everyone was very kind and professional. Everything was done efficiently, and they also updated our dog’s vaccination during the visit. The price was very reasonable. We were very happy with the service and had a great experience overall.

  They lost my dog when she was boarding! Got a call a few days into our vacation, they had lost my dog who got out during “supervised outside playtime”. Turns out “supervised” means person sleeping on the job. They lied about it to us though. A Good Samaritan found her miles away and brought her in only after finding info from microchip. We started asking for daily pictures. Basically proof of life. They seemed to get annoyed by that. When we went to pick her up, they gave us a 25% discount because of the “issue”. We also kept hearing she was with big dogs when we EXPLICITLY stated she not be since she is not even 4 pounds. They also leave them alone basically 14 hours overnight. That’s not quality care. We considered continuing vet services but I just can’t bring myself to do it. We will NEVER take her back there.

  My experience at VCA Redmond was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Abby, was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy when I called about my CareClub membership. I explained that I was never contacted about the suspension and had multiple prior conversations with staff where no one mentioned any issues. She implied I was being dishonest, refused to let me speak with anyone else, and was equally rude when we came in with our pet. Afterward, I spoke with the Bellevue VCA location, and they were the complete opposite — kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. It’s unfortunate that the Redmond location doesn’t reflect the level of compassion and communication that VCA claims to value as part of their company’s standards.

  We were able to schedule our dog an appointment for an injury via the online scheduling system for next day. 100% the easiest and quickest I’ve ever made a vet appointment at any of the VCAs that we’ve been to. We got a call the next morning to confirm the appointment and get more information regarding the injury. Our entire experience was outstanding, I wish we were staying in the area just to continue regular care. I highly recommend coming here.
