Incredible experience. The whole team was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a few things that I needed help with and at no point did I feel that they were trying to rush me out or getting tired of helping me. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best business and understanding of what was going on.
10/10. 5/5. All the stars. This is the store I will be going to anytime I need help with Verizon because this was a much better experience than the online customer service experiences I have had. And I say that as someone who prefers to contact customer service online, rather than going in store.
