Ordered new phone, told to come back within 30 days with old phone to get $830 credit, go back with old phone to trade in on 11/24. Wait forever only to be told by the lady that their system is down and there is nothing they can do for us so we leave with old phone still in hand. Try Verizon at Southcenter (closer to work), guy there takes phone and tells us that we are over the 30 days but he can take the new phone and we can come back in a couple days so he can do a “PCA” to receive the promotional credit. We leave phone with him, go back a couple days later and are told that they still can’t do anything and to go back to the original store (Canyon Rd) and they will have to take care of it. Go back to the Canyon Rd store and get told by Tayvan, “sorry, I can’t do anything here, you’ll have to contact customer service.” Call customer service and they were somewhat helpful and they tell us that the credit will have to be issued over a 36 month timeframe, something that Tayvan never mentioned when we originally went in and that we can’t see the credit once its issued for another 2 billing cycles. I’ve been ran in circles a time or two but this takes the cake. Make you do all the leg work isn’t decent customer service. I’ve had the same number with Verizon for 19 years and this is how they treat their customers. They don’t give a shit.
