    Going to a corporate Verizon store rather than an authorized Verizon dealer is so worth it. They can answer the questions that dealers can't. You are talking to the actual Verizon Business and they can answer all of your questions and concerns. It's worth just to have them look at your account and check out the health of your phone : )

    I went in to the store today and there were about six sets of customers waiting for help but one Verizon person helping. She did not acknowledge me at all, then one person came out from the back and I try to approach him but he ignore me and went to talk to a couple. after about 8 minutes waiting for some one to at least ask if I need help, I walked out. This is the second time pretty much the same thing happen to me, in this location because I have no have any problems at other locations. I have my own business in customer service so word of advice you need to get a better manager. Lesson learned: never come to this location again.

    Went in today a little after 4:30 and the guy with the short slicked back hair was awesome! It seemed like he was helping everyone! Great attitude and multitasking. I wish I’d gotten his name. He deserves a raise!
