She is extremely knowledgeable, you can tell right away that she truly knows her stuff. She walked us through all of our options (and even additional ones we hadn’t considered), explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Dani was kind, patient, and genuinely customer first throughout the entire experience. She represents Verizon so well, and she is absolutely the reason we would return to this location and recommend it to others.
