It told him to call an 800 number and not to shut down or close the window. We thought he had been hacked for ransom. Instead, he called iDope, and they gave him easy instructions (in his case, turn off and restart). It worked! iDope has helped us many times with all our Apple devices, and we are so glad they are conveniently there in Poulsbo. We both highly recommend them!

Things looked pretty grim, the entire front of the phone was broken(with internal damage) and you couldn't see the screen at all. We had to leave the phone overnight for it to be completely fixed, but it was well worth it and was done relatively early the next day. Pretty much works like new and functions like nothing ever happened to it. It was done for a pretty reasonable price, definitely cheaper than if we went to an apple store to get the repairs done. Highly recommend, they do great work!
