- CCCeli CFeb 5, 20261.0Rude!!! & horrible service at least from the manager Brenda, bought a phone and for 2 days I tried to return it and Brenda denied it and said it wasn’t allowed I called cricket corporate and they said I have every right to return it within the 7 day purchase date they didn’t let me return it till corporate told me to call them in the store and wanted to speak with them, didn’t get the full refund but glad we came to an agreement it was a long day of back and forth this could’ve been avoided if they just followed crickets own policies we had the phone for a total of 3 days, we definitely won’t be coming back
