    I went in today to drop off a phone for a trade in. According to the employee, the trade had an error and he would have to access my account to cancel it and redue everything. He gave no other information as to what the error was, instead he said, I would have to set up an appointment for a different day. I never got a text or notification to give him permission to access my account, so there’s no possible way he was able to see if there was an actual issue that would prevent them to accept my phone as a trade in. Furthermore he tried to say that I would have to make an appointment and come back another day, to me this means either one of two things. He was being lazy and wasnt wanting to assist me but instead, send me home. Or two he wanted to cancel the whole purchase and redue it to recieve commission. This is the second issue, revolving around a trade in, I’ve ever experienced with this store. This time I will make a feedback and review because ain’t no way im going to get screwed again. I also should mention I called customer service to verify this error. There wasn’t such thing. I previously worked for Victra and am aware of some of their procedures. I also know a bit of the shady and unprofessional tactics some people do to either avoid their job or make commission. If you are able to make the drive, just go to the next corporate. Otherwise you may have better luck with their third parties, which is sad to say.

    The greeter at Verizon Olympia in the mall was initially friendly and courteous. Later she became rude and disrespectful. The manager was very good at explaining the phone that I wanted to buy. Overall a 3.

    After visiting two other Verizon locations where I was not treated professionally — 1420 Marvin Rd NE, Unit A, Lacey, WA 98516 and 4017 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503 — this corporate Verizon store made a clear difference in how my situation was handled. I am a new Verizon customer switching from Xfinity, and I purchased my phone online on Monday the 22nd. After being dismissed and redirected elsewhere by the two locations mentioned above, I came to this corporate store seeking real help. Within less than five minutes, the staff took out their tablets, accessed my account, listened carefully, and made a genuine effort to help. They clearly explained what was happening with my port-in, confirmed that my device can be exchanged, and set proper expectations. I was informed that once my number fully transfers to Verizon, I can return on the 26th to complete the device exchange from the iPhone 17 to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. They also placed me on a waitlist and made sure I understood every step of the process. What stood out the most is that they cared. I felt listened to, respected, and supported — something I unfortunately did not experience at the other two locations. This visit made it very clear that Verizon as a company is not the issue, but rather how customer service is handled in certain authorized retailer stores. I am giving this location 4 stars because while this team did everything right, the inconsistency in customer service across different Verizon locations should be addressed. The employees chosen to represent the brand are the face of Verizon, and in some stores, they simply do not meet that standard. That said, I will absolutely return to this corporate location and strongly recommend that new customers — especially those switching from another carrier — come directly to this store for professional, reliable assistance.

    Worst Verizon. Customer service doesn’t exist at this location.went in the next day and was ignored and talked to rudely by staff. Don’t waste your time here. I even called mall security to get a Verizon employee on the phone and they still ignored my calls.

    Recently switched back to AT&T after disconnecting my family’s Verizon account, and expected poor customer service considering the switch and needing copies of my last bill. However, the service was impeccable after waiting 20-30 minutes, allowing me to pick up a few gifts and be on my way. I really appreciate the customer service despite it being a busy Saturday and a frustrating situation to boot.
