    This store is great BUT my review is for Tech support I received from ANDREEA via Verizon phone call on 11/22/25. We problem solved thru internet connection issues and info seeking on new device. Andreea quickly analyzed the problem and proceeded to fix it. She was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, with superb customer service skills, and within 10 minutes all goals were successfully achieved 👌 Verizon has a keeper in Andreea and I hope as a customer they appreciate and value her abilities.

    Went in to get a new phone got checked in. Sat for and hour and 15 minutes watched people walk in get checked in and helped within 5 minutes. Would not recommend this what so ever.

    The store is set up for the old retirees to get help with their phone. If you come in for anything else you're pretty SoL especially if its a peripheral service like returning or obtaining a wifi extender. Like all businesses they want you online. Management has hamstrung their employees and its a situation where. theyre actively trying to discourage you from coming it. 10 minute tasks shouldnt take 2 hours. This is on how management has them running the store. I cant stress how great the employees are and how bad the situation is.
