The best experience ever with the installers at this Olympia Best Buy! Came in 4/2/26 after an awful experience at Car Toys and were quickly greeted, explained the differences with the touchscreen radios we were looking at, given very fair prices and somehow they managed to get us in immediately and out within about an hour. We were not up sold, mislead or pressured and we were provided printed estimates for the work before we agreed. After the work was done we were expertly walked through the functions of our new touchscreen radio and left feeling nothing less than satisfied. The tech/s definitely went above and beyond and made sure everything was done to a high level of satisfaction and professionalism. Could not have left feeling better about the product quality, honest prices and professional, friendly installers. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Trying to get information about a product in this store. The boxes don’t have any descriptions of the product so if you try to investigate instead of sending someone over to help you, they send over a security guard to kick you out. They have many associates standing around, sitting on their cell phones and not helping you.

You can't call and talk to a human, they install speakers and Amp in my truck and a couple months later I fold up my back seat to find the Amp just flopping around behind the seat not bolted down

I came on to buy a connector for my printer to laptop. I gave the guy that helped me the brand and model and told him I needed the laptop connection portion to be a c- connector. He ended up selling me an ether cord and then an adapter with a C- connector. I went home and found that didn't work I spent $66.00 for something that didn't work now I can't find the receipt.
So I went back and asked another guy the same thing. He went right to the connectors and found the one I needed and only paid $9.99! But now stuck with this stupid stuff. I wish I had known myself what to purchase. I do know! So I guess that would be a win! 🤣

I went in the store to check out TV mounts and speakers. Ordered the TV. TV mount and speakers along with installation services. They told me that installation and delivery system is down and I will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours . I bought this on a Friday, received an email to schedule delivery and installation was not available and please contact customer service. I called customer service and they told me that they cannot even schedule installation and delivery because there were no delivery services in my area however, the store associate told me we will be able to deliver and installation with additional cost which I did pay for. I have bought from Best Buy many times and this is the last time that I will do it. I canceled my order and will not buy from Best Buy again.
