    I’ve visited this location several times over the past four years and unfortunately have never had a positive experience with one particular employee, the girl who wears the mask. Her tone and overall manner consistently come across as rude and unwelcoming. The only time I’ve seen her engage positively with customers is when a sale or commission is involved. Because of this, my family and I have decided to drive to the corporate location in Burlington for future service instead. Giving two stars for receiving the information that I needed.

    By the time i got to this store , i had already spent 2 hours at another verizon store in MI, 2+ hours online and 1+ hour on the phone twice regarding my needs/issues/requests, and thus i was not in a good mood, had a page of issues to resolve, including canceling stalled orders, reordering 3 phones and 2 watches, along with removing charges/perks i did not want from my phone bill. Joshua worked with me step by step to fix/complete each issue, including several calls to Verizon to remove items. He asked that i come back to his store so he can verify my Verizon bill reflects all of the changes i wanted, and he saved me over $1000 with promotions attached to my account that was not seen by the MI store. Joshua was not afraid to ask for help with some of my issues, and Zarina, the manager was efficient and knowledgeable, considering the Verizon software they have to deal with is hair pulling frustrating. NOTE TO VERIZON - FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!! i will definitely use this store for all of my Verizon needs. Thank you Joshua and Zarina

    Great deal with Verizon offer on my new iPhone 17 Pro. Ballentine was a great sales rep and a phone set up guru. Walked out the store completely satisfied with the service, price and product. Would definitely recommend 10/10.
