From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was how genuinely invested he was in making sure I left happy, not just with my new phone, but with the right plan and setup I needed. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (which isn’t always the case when upgrading phones!) I highly recommend asking for Tevin. He delivered top-tier customer service and truly went above and beyond. Five stars all the way!

Worked with both of these guys and let me tell y’all they are fast, knowledgeable and figure out problems i have not got done with anyone else for months! I recommend both of these guys I asked them if they were IT or computer guys and they laughed and said no we just love tech and helping people, that definitely was a great response in my book. Yesterday they helped us get into new phones, my wife and I with Tevin and my brother worked with Isaax. We are loyal and wont go to anyone else if they are not working we will come back or schedule for a day they are there lol im very protective of my account due to past issues with a verizon corporate store in wenatchee. I trust these guys and we will be back for our future purchases! Yaaaa buddy
