We have been bringing both are babies to this place for awhile brought one in for X-rays.for a limp he had And they had to sedate him who would ever thought we would get the call that they lost him I thought we brought are babies there because of there expertise but that wasn’t the case but quick to charge 400 bucks for the service so basically I paid them to kill my 5 year old babie I would of expected them to say they didn’t advise we did the sedation we surly wouldn’t of done it we will seek a different place to take the other one they got one there won’t be 2

I highly do not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I brought my cat in because he was showing symptoms consistent with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). Instead of discussing reasonable treatment options, the staff quickly began recommending euthanasia, repeatedly stating that the condition was “not curable.” The conversation felt heavily focused on putting my cat down rather than exploring ways to help him. The only alternative they presented was a treatment plan quoted at over $3,000, which they themselves said might not even help. The way this was communicated felt extremely discouraging and left me feeling pressured into making a heartbreaking decision without being given clear or hopeful options. Concerned about the situation, I decided to seek a second opinion. I went to Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital, where the experience was completely different. Their team was compassionate, transparent, and willing to work with me on a treatment plan around $1,000. Most importantly, they explained the situation carefully and reassured me that treatment was possible and that my cat had a chance. Pet owners deserve honest information, compassion, and support when facing serious diagnoses. My experience at this clinic felt rushed, dismissive, and unnecessarily focused on euthanasia rather than exploring viable treatment options. Because of this experience, I strongly encourage other pet owners to seek a second opinion if they are ever placed in a similar situation.

I would NOT recommend this place as a first option or any option for veterinarian services. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes… he’s only 7. We got his blood curve done which was 400$, they needed another one done 2 weeks later so they put a glucose monitor on him that was 250$ , it didn’t even work on the first day, and they said sorry no refunds call the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they couldn’t help cause it’s for humans not for dogs. Had to bring him in for another 400$ visit for an another curve the following 2 weeks. And I told the vet that he was doing great on the dosage he has been givin, I’d rather not pay another 400$ in a 2 month span, if he was doing great. She looked right at me and with a condescending tone said “ unfortunately it’s expensive to have a dog with diabetes, and if it’s too much we can speak of other options” as in put my dog down🤦‍♀️ this whole ordeal has been so hard and they just made it worse. They wouldn’t prescribe insulin until we paid for another curve to be done. Even though he NEEDS insulin to survive. What I regret is assuming all vet places were like this. But they are not. I found one that same day they told me they wouldn’t prescribe insulin, and I’m so relieved I did🥹 they only charged me 50$ for the visit and prescribed insulin right away. This place is so greedy for money that they don’t care what happens to your animal. Don’t go here. Unless you want to literally pay an arm and a leg for everything.

I never had a great experience from VCA clinic. I try my best to give them chances but seriously whole staff super rude and they don’t even know how to treat a customer! Drs also rip off they don’t even know what’s going on to your pet all they care about is the make money as much as they can out of your pocket even they have to lie to you! Please be aware of this place if you want to save your pets life! That’s all I can say! Just be aware of them!! Today I called and ask for one simple thing and lady on phone going on in circle on and on instead of giving me the answer in simple words. Came up with $200-$300 just to write a prescription! That’s rip off because for same reason I went to the different places they only charge me $6 . So you can imagine how much they lie to you so they can make money but don’t give a damn for you or your pets life!! Zero star to them from me and they are big fraud, their business should be closed!!

This clinic attempted to upsell me for services that, by their own admission, would not have changed my cat’s quality of care. I should be able to trust a veterinarian’s recommendations without having to scrutinize whether I’m being overcharged. I brought my cat in for treatment of a suspected UTI. The vet briefly outlined a treatment plan, then left the room. The technician presented me with a paper detailing a $500 care plan and asked, “So how are you feeling about this?” I was caught off guard by the price, but who am I to bargain with the vet's recommendation? I discussed the estimate with the technician while I came to terms with the cost. Only after several minutes of discussion did the technician present a second care plan that was nearly 35% cheaper! This second plan excluded several screenings that were apparently superfluous to my cat's treatment. Both plans were approved by the vet, and the technician assured me the second care plan made no compromises on care for my cat.
