    Worst Customer service nothing’s changed at Verizon lost my phone three days ago. I can’t get them on the phone they make you wait on hold for three hours and then hang up on you. Tell you to call back went to the store three hour wait came back next day first thing in the morning right when they open can’t help me unless I’m buying a phone told me to call phones claim.com phones claim.com tells me to call Verizon and Verizon tells me there’s nothing they can do for me so now what am I supposed to do? Worst customer service anywhere I can’t even talk to anybody on the phone. They won’t answer.

    Christine helped me sort out a months long issue and cleared all the mistakes that were made at another Verizon that I found out was a retailer store not a "real" Verizon store. That other store had me paying $40 more than what I was supposed to be paying and now everything is fixed and I didnt even have to be there for too long for it to be cleared up. Im extremely happy that one trip fixed everything. She was very sweet too!

    Aaron provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Verizon. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options without any pressure. Aeron genuinely listened to what I needed and made sure I walked away with the best plan and device for my situation. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping customers, and Aeron went above and beyond.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I walked into the store and told them I want to combine my plan with my Fiance and upgrade phones. They told me they cannot combine our plans and told us to call. Sat on the phone for over an hour. Ended up putting my number on my Fiances plan. Finally get called when they were ready for us. They upgraded my Fiance no problem. Then worked on my upgrade for over an hour. The agent kept leaving to talk to the manager. They finally came back and said the only way I could upgrade was if I kept my current phone as a third line because I was now considered a new customer since we combined our plans and not eligible for an upgrade. Mind you...we did as they said..called and combined our plans then upgrade..what an absolute joke.
