I asked a question to an employee who responded by laughing at me then asking what I meant. I had apoke to customer service and was advised to return an item to this specific branch. The employee asked the manager (who was so busy playing on her laptop) for assistance and all she could say was "you do your part and we can do ours". Absolutely awful customer service and people skills. Will never return to this branch. Why would customer service hotline send me to this store if they couldnt even help. This experience and the awful internet is worth looking into a different cell provider.
