  Other than Rafael, no one knows what they are doing here. The guys can be very condescending, and it’s frustrating.

  While I've been at Lowell cricket customer for over 20 years this particular store has fallen farm beneath the expectations. They try to take advantage of you. I had to buy a new phone for a medical device. It was defective. I brought it back within the 7 days and I was told that the guy is there couldn't help me I have to come back when the manager was there by the time the manager was there it was past the 7 days so the refuse to replace my phone they even tried to get me to buy a brand new phone when mine was a week old

  When did it become ok for a business to let their employees play the "music" of their choice on speakers right on the front counter? In this case, contemporary rap music with frequent profanities on every track. While I was at the counter, I must have heard variations of the f-word and the n-word at least ten times. This is appropriate in a place of business now? Cricket needs to supervise their retail store employees a lot better.

  Arrived and the place is closed for another hour. I got off work early and fought through traffic. The place reeks of an intense incense. Only heads up they would not be open was a sticky note pictured here. Please do better Cricket.
