This morning (I didnt catch his name) the young man with good music and a cool wrap on his head was super polite and helpful. You guys hire kind people here which makes a world of difference.

I had to buy a new phone for a medical device. It was defective. I brought it back within the 7 days and I was told that the guy is there couldn't help me I have to come back when the manager was there by the time the manager was there it was past the 7 days so the refuse to replace my phone they even tried to get me to buy a brand new phone when mine was a week old
