  Everyone is very caring and professional, and with a new kitten they provided him some toys. They go a step beyond a normal veterinarian clinic. Thank you for your service and help to make sure my kitten is healthy and taken care of.

  Would give them 7 out of 5 stars. They were so nice and you could tell they were there to help sick animals not take advantage of people that were vulnerable. Completely went above and beyond to help my pup

  Ми з Тайсоном звернулися до цієї ветеринарної клініки, щоб оформити документи для виїзду за кордон. Нам зробили чіп, вакцину від сказу, провели огляд — усе пройшло на найвищому рівні! Персонал дуже привітний, ввічливий і професійний. Ми залишилися вкрай задоволені, і тепер у Тайсона є своя клініка, куди ми звертатимемося в разі потреби. Щиро рекомендуємо цю клініку! . . . We visited this veterinary clinic with Tyson to get the documents for traveling abroad. They provided a microchip, a rabies vaccine, and a health check, and everything went perfectly! The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and professional. We are very satisfied, and now Tyson has his own clinic that we’ll turn to whenever needed. We highly recommend this clinic! . . .   Not the first time we have had to go here over the last 15yrs, both dogs had very serious issues. The first dog all specialist had given up, Dr Peterson worked with us, was constantly in contact, always available. Our dog got 3 more years of quality life he would not have gotten without her. Staff was friendly,respectful, thorough, professional,accommodating, the last few months they went out of their way to make an emotional and tough situation bearable. 11yrs later we were back in their ER with a different dog, unknown condition effecting this dogs recovery from cataract surgery, every day something new going wrong, eventually we had to go to ER, they stabilize her got her good to go home and see her vet in morning, by evening we were back they assured us she was fine and she was, they schedule us an appointment with one of their board certified Internal medicine DRs quickly like 2 days later, Dr Brunea got right on looking into the underlying issue ran test, contacted surgeon and our dogs vet put together a plan and we are moving forward to figure this out. Again staff was excellent friendly professional. They with the help of the DR went to bat for us with insurance company. I can't tell you how much we appreciated that, the last thing you need during a stressful event with your pet is dealing with the insurance people. I've said alot but can't say enough, the 2 times we've really needed someone they were there.
