Combine that with the talent of Dr James and her talent to really communicate what’s going on with the health of the patient. I love her so much I am still driving from West Seattle for her care of my dog.

They’ve saved my dogs Louie life and gave him more years to life with their knowledge and execution. The front desk goes above and beyond to accommodate appts wherever possible, resend prescriptions on the spot to pharmacies that sometimes lose them, and so much more…. You won’t regret coming here, just like 3 other dogs of our family members, and several friends’ cats do as well.

I tried to schedule my dog in for a really bad ear infection and they said they were booking two weeks out. I couldn’t wait that long to get her treated. Totally understandable that I couldn’t get an appointment as soon as I wanted but the receptionist offered no referrals or even urged me to go elsewhere which I was kind of surprised about as an ear infection should not be ignored. Not a huge issue but the reason for 4 stars.
