- LMLinda Martindell6 days ago1.0Made an appointment for Genius service specifying my phone model and need for a replacement battery. Arrived at the Apple store, checked in and waited for help only to be told they would see if the battery was in stock and my phone was eligible for a replacement battery. If they had a battery I was told it would be 1-2 hours to replace. If the battery was not available they would make another appointment for me to DROP OFF MY PHONE while they replaced the battery. All of this information could and should have been communicated online or by phone. It was a complete waste of time to make an appointment and drive to the Apple store. A very poor customer service process!

Meanwhile, Android allows deep system integration with Windows, proving the limitation is not technical, it is Apple’s closed platform policy designed to keep users inside their ecosystem.

- AAA AyalaFeb 10, 20261.0Went in for faulty AirPod pros and their fix was to just replace the buds. “Device diagnostics found an issue but it’s not telling me what it is.” I have Apple care+ so it didn’t cost me anything, but also didn’t fix the issue. Felt like I was just rushed out and given the “you’re not paying for the service” I went in with one bud not connecting and now I can’t even reconnect the whole device to either my phone or iPad. Great job
