    I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me out. I purchased a ps5 pro 04/01/2026 at 1:02pm. Customer pin 0477 005 0542 040126 Attentive and knowledgeable. I had about fifty questions.I even ended up irritating my own fiance lol. But the gentleman helped me was very kind and had a great attitude throughout the whole interaction, very easy to talk to. He even walked back with me a few times to checkout features on items, such as headphones. I was unsure if I should buy them. I actually wasn't going to but then after checking out that i technically didnt need it... he then had mentioned a feature about the headphones I didn't know about; I bought the headphones and I absolutely had to after learning about the feature. I'm really grateful for this interaction because I know i'm really annoying and anxious about purchasing expensive items. The gentleman made it very easy. Thank you very much.I'm sorry I can't remember your name!

    Heads up they won't price match the manufacturer's website nor Amazon if the seller on Amazon IS the manufacturer. Almost like they just DON'T actually price match...

    Today was a terrible day, and the experience was even worse. Their refund policy is absolutely awful. We had to exchange the item because Best Buy only offers store credit; no refunds, even if you have all sorts of paid memberships or whatever. So, we ended up buying a brand we didn't plan on because the laptops I wanted were out of stock. We had to get a more expensive one. Yeah, we got better specs, but it was still a pointless waste of money. It's not a happy customer experience when you don't get what you want, even after spending money, right? When I asked if there was any way to get Razer laptops, one of the employees said, "It's not magic to make it available, lol." So, I told him to get a manager because talking to these kinds of employees is a waste of time. Being professional is a skill and requires manners, which they don't have. I don't want to name names, but yeah, they're out there. Daniel and I had a good chat where I was a bit firm about my refund, and he listened patiently, even though they all lack technical knowledge about gaming computers and gamers' specific needs, which is fine by me. Anyway, I've bought another one now. Let's see how it goes.

    I was helped by Declan, his customer service was top teir, he asked if I had a rewards number, and then addressed me by name and said it was nice to meet me, and he asked if I would like to buy a warranty, and informed me of the benefits. He was kind and informative. This man deserves a raise or something. Thank you Declan, hope you see this

    Went here over the weekend to look at a stylus pen for my iphone. I was going to buy it on Amazon but thought I’d get some input from someone before I did, and I figured I’d just go to Best Buy to talk to someone and get one there instead. When I got there I saw four employees in the phone area huddled together talking. Thought it looked funny as there were customers around, but whatever. However, I had to walk almost into their circle before they even acknowledged me. I then asked where their stylus pens were and one of them said they’d help, but it became apparent very quickly that he didn’t really know for sure where they were exactly, as we went on a little field trip as he looked left and right for them. He finally showed us pens for tablets and we asked where they were for phones and he told us they don’t make ones for phones, which wasn’t true at all. I didn’t see a point in arguing with him and it was pretty clear he wasn’t going to be very helpful, so I thanked him for showing us the pens he did show us and he left. I then did a quick google search on my phone and a pen for the iPhone showed up right at the top, sold at Best Buy. I did my own little search as I didn’t want help anymore from an employee. I ended up finding the pen about 10 feet for where I originally asked the question to the employees. Surprisingly, as I was looking at it another employee came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him that another employee told me that the pen I was holding in my hand didn’t actually exist, and that they might want to make sure they don’t say things that aren’t true so as to not confuse or frustrate the customers they’re suppose to be there to help. He made a bit of a snarky comment back to me and at that point I decided I didn’t need help and that I didn’t want to be at Best Buy anymore, so I left. Management, I came to Best Buy because I wanted some personal interaction about an item I was going to buy, but that interaction wasn’t just unhelpful, it was also rude and frustrating. I have absolutely no plans to return to Best Buy for help and I think I’ll just stick to getting input on the Internet and buying off of there.
