Arrived at the Apple store, checked in and waited for help only to be told they would see if the battery was in stock and my phone was eligible for a replacement battery. If they had a battery I was told it would be 1-2 hours to replace. If the battery was not available they would make another appointment for me to DROP OFF MY PHONE while they replaced the battery. All of this information could and should have been communicated online or by phone. It was a complete waste of time to make an appointment and drive to the Apple store. A very poor customer service process!
