  We have had two senior kitties treated at VCA recently and the staff and doctors were kind, professional and informative. When our eldest cat was recently diagnosed with a terminal condition, they were wonderfully supportive with home care meds and guidance as well as with our eventual decision to end her suffering when it was for the best. They offered a monthly payment plan to budget out projected treatments which was appreciated, although she faded quickly so we only took advantage of this option briefly. I would recommend Lacey VCA.

  The veterinarian was nice but beware of this office. The office staff were highly discriminatory and even called me the next day to harass me about it. It's so shocking, hurtful, and disgusting. They had no intention of resolving anything. They didn't even offer an apology. I had to ask for an apology from them. The manager Jennifer doubled down on the discrimination telling me to go elsewhere. How awful are these people! Such a shame that this horrible behavior is allowed. People like Jennifer should not be working in customer service neither should their receptionist. When you work with the public you should to be respectful to everyone. Jennifer made it clear to me that they have no interest or room for improvement in how they perform their practice or how they treat people. She interrupted me and spoke over me and could really use training in communication. Also it says a lot that a place of health is administering synthetic fragrances in the lobby knowing that dogs and cats have an extreme sense of smell- it really compromises the Integrity of the healthcare. If odor is a concern, then hygiene needs to be addressed at this establishment: when I walked in it smelled like intense fragrance masking feces. Hygiene is removing the feces and ventilating.

  I highly Recommend this Vet Great STAFF!!!! Much LOVE & concern for my furr babies 1/9 & 2/9 ! I am very content and happy with my experiences with Vet & Staff
