  Horrible customer service, we bought a gas stove from them, they deliver and install. After the gas range was installed and they have open plastic sleeve with plate griddle. It was damaged. They said they ll make a report and get us replacement. After one week and nobody called us, we took our griddle to the best buy we bought it from and asked to replace right there for us to safe them time. They said that they wont do it and gave us a number to call to make a request. They had exact stove on display in the store, we asked if they can just replace it with one they have in the store and take care of us now, so we don't have to call some customer service number... the manager was very rude and decline. When we call the number they hang up on us the first time after we were on the line for 20 min. Than they start kicking us around, for another 20 min and we had to explain everything to every new person on the line. After all of that they told us that the whole stove needs to be replaced and gave us manufacturers number to request it.... horrible experience, never buy there again... we also bought a gas dryer with them that wasn't delivered yet. We have canceled this order on the spot to save our time. We bought much better dryer for the same price from home depot. Done
