Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing due to the front desk attendant, Kim, who was very rude and impatient when I asked a simple question about my plan coverage, even hitting the desk with her hands and not letting me talk while I was trying to get some clarification. I’m still giving three stars because overall the clinic provides great care, but the front desk experience today was unacceptable.
