The week before I was able to describe a broken part on my Cannister Vacuum and they had a new part shipped to my home. I'm so happy to have both of them repaired. I was truly impressed with their great service.

The team took care of it right away and did not charge me anything even though they could have added a fee just for the estimate. Edmond at the front desk was friendly profesional and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. The repair was fast the explanation was clear and the customer care was excellent. Overall a great experience and it reminded me why I trust Dyson products and their support team.
