  Your Verizon app is trash had multiple people and 2hrs trying set up auto pay very disappointed customer and never could even set up my account on the app boost was way easier to get set up super disappointed with customer set up on app and support couldn’t even help me

  By far, the best Verizon I’ve ever been to! Make sure you request Alexander! He is very detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Give this young man a raise!

  We had a very unpleasant experience at this store. An individual by the name of Isaac was extremely rude to us. We were there helping my elderly and widowed mother-in-law get a new phone. Isaac is a very aggressive sales person and was insistent that we buy their phone insurance. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income and we said “no” multiple times. He only stopped after we raised voice. He then called us “rude” and left the conversation. Not a great way to treat loyal, long-time customers. There are many other Verizon stores in town. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Verizon location.

  Unethical, scammers, untrustworthy and poor business practices. I went in with my elderly relative because her phone kept dropping calls and losing service after having it several years. She was told it was because her phone was too old. They set up a new phone and service contract to “resolve” her lack of service. She returned home and was having the same problems. We returned to the store and spoken with an associate and store manager. They informed us that there was no longer a Verizon serviced tower near her residence and there was no cell service nearby. They refused to terminate the contract and provide a refund. I understand mistakes happen however they were more than happy doing nothing to make it right or take accountability for their error; leaving my relative with a phone with no service at her residence but still requiring payment! Update: 1/31/26: Called the customer service number below regarding this issue and received information today that there is nothing they are willing to do because a contract was signed. Regardless if the Verizon store provided false information regarding a phone “issue” and when in reality they just stop serving the cell tower and no service was available. THANK YOU T-Mobile for coming through! They working worked with me to right Verizon’s wrong! Great customer service and cell reception at a super price!!!

  Jacob at the Clearwater location was awesome to work with! He took the time to check out my bill and plan and make recommendations that ended up saving me money and added more features. He was very friendly and took his time to make sure I got what I needed when I upgraded my line and was looking to make a return/exchange on my son’s line. He was friendly and professional as well. Will definitely be back! Thank you Jacob!
