    Please watch version bill every month, try send u extra bill, spoke customer service, without permission added one more phone like I don't know next month will came $50 more called they told I add one more like , I don't know any other line add, customer service do whatever wants do , watch phone bill , please never go version customer

    Our experience would have been a 5 had you allowed us access to your restroom. After an hour+ commute arriving before the recommended one at Macy's opened, it would have been customer service friendly to not have to drive to the Starbucks mid transaction. Management: do better. As side from this, Edgar was very efficient, professional and patient. Thank you.

    Felt like a dang fever dream!! Some of the issues were out of their hands, kids running, screaming, ripping phones out of hands and trying to kick my service dog. After an hour wait I spent another hour with the person trying to figure out how to trade in my phone. They charged my card 500 bucks, said "oops, I dont think it went through," and insisted they needed to charge it again. I showed them it was taken out of my bank, this made no sense. They convinced me it was ok. They charged it again and their system kicked it back saying "duplicate charge". This was where I got a weird feeling. She disappeared and came back with some weird scheme to charge me a dollar less, billed my account, and everything would be OK. Remember though, they had already charged my card. This was way too weird and I bailed. Unhelpful, weird, and extremely unpleasant place. The huge amount of negative reviews lately should tell you something folks.

    They turned away helping out my mother. I sent her to get a phone. Her phone wasn’t working so she couldn’t call me. They refused to call me themselves to add her as an account member or even to let me know i needed to. All that i did in less than 2 min on my phone. I live 5hours away so i couldn’t be there in person. If i would have gotten a call i would have fixed it asap and she could have her new phone. Sent her to a third party instead. You guys are embarrassing. For being an ex employee, I’m not surprised it hasn’t changed in 15yrs.

    Agent called me from my location and asked if I wanted to try their gateway router. I said I would try it and then sent it out. I returned it and I am still being charged for it now the AI answering service keeps hanging up on me.
