the employees make this place great. Sure you have to wait a little bit, but its worth it due to the service they provide.
Not sure the point in having an appointment if we are just going to sit in line for every walk in to be taken care of first.

Absolutely terrible experience. You cannot talk to anyone over the phone, they have a mandatory AI answering service. Upon returning to the store for my pick up appointment, and waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was told that my laptop wasn't ready yet and I would have to make ANOTHER appointment. Once I returned for my SECOND pick up
appointment, there was a huge line and it moves SO SLOWLY. I dont understand why appointments are required if they completely disregard the appointment times

Tried to get my TV repaired through Best Buy, and I would strongly discourage others from doing the same. After two months, four all to half day appointment blocks (two of which were no-call, no-show), multiple phone calls to customer service, and $150 sunk...my TV is still not fixed. The disconnect between the local repair team, the customer service line, and the parts procurement process was truly abysmal. Therefore, I have zero faith in Best Buy's repair services and would recommend you take your business elsewhere if at all possible.
Sal at Geek Squad is absolutely the GOAT (Greatest of all time)!! He helped/assisted me and my troubles with my phone being locked and was unable to unlock it.
Sal, in my opinion went over and beyond to fix my phone. I cannot tell you the exceptional, outstanding, top notch customer service Sal provided me!! He is 100% knowledgeable of all cell phone devices. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, pls go see Sal!! Thank you again!
