    Not happy with my experience after purchasing a remote start kit online with free installation. I dont think they take into consideration the fact that the customers who schedule these appointments have to make and take time out of their own day to commit to these appointments. I initially scheduled an appointment that was about 2 weeks out from my purchase date. The night before my appointment (scheduled first time slot in the morning), I get an email saying my appointment is cancelled due to one of the parts not being in stock. Things happen, so I schedule a new appointment 3 weeks later since I have to request time off from work again and find a babysitter for my kids. When I arrived at my rescheduled appointment 15 minutes early, the installer was already with another customer. He told me to drop off my car but it probably wont be worked on until another 3 hours. I tell him I scheduled this appointment several weeks in advance and explained the accomodations I had to make in order to make this appointment work. I also explain I had to head out of town early that afternoon which was why I scheduled the appointment at the earliest slot available. After telling him id rather reschedule, he tells me he will do his best to make things work and will go back and forth working on the other customers car and mine. He says it should only take a couple hours but was not completely sure. I walked around the area to kill time and returned to the installer after 2 hours and noticed that my car had not been worked on. Not to mention, it took 30 minutes for someone (not the installer) to speak to me. After the installer finished the other customer's car, which was now almost 3.5 hours after my scheduled start time, he tells me it will take a couple hours to finish my car. I kept my cool and declined. I told him I had a flight to catch and didnt want to risk missing my flight just to wait for my car to be finished. What really irritated me was the installer mentioned the other customer didnt even have an appointment that day and was actually scheduled to come in a week later. I guess he was trying to make think he was just being nice. However, it made no sense that I, the customer with an appointment that day, had to wait for my car to be serviced and that the installer prioritized another customer who came in before their scheduled appointment. I will never come back to Best Buy for any car-related work. Customer service didnt seem to care and noone even apologized or tried to make things right. Their sale prices are not worth it. Take your cars elsewhere.

    Pretty experience. I wanted to buy a Tesla charger for my newly bought Tesla, the team could not figure out how to redeem my gift card, they made me felt like I was out there scamming them. Then I was told to just check out online with my gift card, so I did then I had to wait an hour to fulfill the order so I had to come back the next day for it. Bad bad bad

    Went in with my laptop and additional parts to upgrade my SSD. Helpful group was able to take care of installing into my laptop as well as additional advice. Had a good attitude and was very understanding. Would recommend coming here if you need help.

    Worst purchasing experience ever!!! The store's kind of like Home Depot. Good luck finding anyone to help you. Finally Corey stopped by from the Geek Squad crew. It wasnt his job, but he helped anyway. Unfortunately the experience was insufferable after that. We used a visa that we had changed our address with. Apparently someone didnt change it right away on the bank end because our order was canceled at Best Buy. We would not have known this had I not happened to look at my email. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with a call center ( that's right, you cant get ahold of anyone at the store!) trying to use our debit card which had the correct address, but in the end we had to order the stuff all over again. Went to pick up our items and they loaded (unbeknownst to me) a damaged TV into my car. Apparently they didnt notice the gash on the side of the box. When we opened it the screen was smashed in. I tried to call right away to let them know we had damaged goods, but again...call center in Minnesota! So the only way the call center could exchange was a delivery 3 days later. We didnt want to wait so did another hour trip to the store. When we got to the store we told them the TV was damaged and showed them the gash on the outside. They said a manager must look at it. The manager was the worst!!! He said nothing to me other than...we'll have to look at the loading footage!...as if I was lying to him. When I got upset and explained that this has been a huge hassle and there was no way we could have caused that amount of damage through the Styrofoam, he said, "I didnt say that you damaged it." When I told him that his silence and facial expression implied it he said, very disrespectfully, that he's always had that face and didnt appreciate me assuming anything. He was very belligerent and had zero customer service skills!! I feel really sorry for the employees that have to work under that attitude day in and day out! No wonder they cant keep enough employees!! It took him 30 minutes to process our exchange for a new TV!!! A total, start to finish of 7 hours picking out TV, talking to a call center twice, returning to the store and waiting for an exchange!!! If it hadn't been for Ashton, the kid that helped us in the end, we would have never gone back to the store. He was courteous and friendly and actually apologized for all the inconvenience.
