- LCLisa ClarkApr 30, 20251.0I would like to give 0 stars because I scheduled a TV repair with Geek Squad TWICE, and they where a NO SHOW both times! There was no communication from the repair person for both visits. I phoned Best Buy 3 times to get clarification, and I was told that communications were being relayed to the repair person but I never heard from them. I guess I can give a 1 star for the refund that I got for the up-front money I paid.
- JKJohn KeiserMar 21, 20244.0I had Caleb of GEEK. Squad at Best Buy, Issaquah,wa. install a front and a separate rear camera in my 2015 Chrysler.. He did an excellent job without a lot of questions or hassle. He took care of both new camera installations at minimum costs. Now if a crook scratches , dents. or tries to break in , I will have a photographic record. Caleb was excellent !!!!
