I would like to give 0 stars because I scheduled a TV repair with Geek Squad TWICE, and they where a NO SHOW both times! There was no communication from the repair person for both visits. I phoned Best Buy 3 times to get clarification, and I was told that communications were being relayed to the repair person but I never heard from them. I guess I can give a 1 star for the refund that I got for the up-front money I paid.

The call center or whomever handles the calls is an absolute disgrace. Leaving a computer for 3 days to install one ssd is a joke

My iPad stopped working, I tried everything! I called Geek Squad and got an appointment right away! I brought it in and within seconds had it working! No charge!
