  My all-in-one printer, which I bought from Best Buy 11 months ago, went on the fritz a few days ago; I can't send faxes for some reason. I tried everything I could to troubleshoot it, without success. I finally decided to call my local Geek Squad here in Federal Way - all I can say is WOW! Whoever the other two reviewers are, their experiences sure aren't mine! "Agent Ann" spent close to 45 minutes with me on the phone, set up a home appointment and found a way to save me money on the repair (about half of what it would have cost). She even gave me homework to do beforehand to have my Voip provider check my network connection in the event that's the problem, in which case, I get to call the Geek Squad back and cancel my appointment, without charge. "Agent Ann" was very patient with me - I have been raising three of my grandkids since they were born (now ages 4, 8 and 10) and two were severely drug affected in-utero; I had to ask the agent to hold at least ten times to deal with the kids. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. For the past eight or ten years, I have bought nearly all my tech equipment and toys from them, and they've always had my back.
