  Jonathan was upbeat and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. He was knowledgeable about my phone and fixed the issue quickly. Best customer service we've had in a long time.

  Employee, or whoever he is, decided to harass me as soon as I stepped out of my car with my kids, over a parking spot. I parked and was in my vehicle for maybe 5 minutes prepping my items for the UPS store. As soon as I step out, someone is standing in front of my car asking me if I'm going to H&R block. The first time I can't hear him as I was helping my kids out of the car. He repeats himself and I say, "no I'm not." He says, "this parking is for cricket wireless customers only." So I look around and don't see any goddamn signs or writing saying so. I say "come on man, I'm just dropping off items at UPS." He just stares at me, so I tell my kids to get back in the car because this guy is being a weirdo. Not going to get into an argument over a parking spot with my kids present. While I'm backing out, I hear him talking to a customer that just walked up. She's saying there's no parking because of a new store opening. He's like "yeah that's why I'm out here." 1. First off, why? 2. This guy is just assuming everyone is going to the new store 3. Of course parking would be crazy nearby for a new store opening. Also the reason I parked way over here. 4. I looked at the photos just now, CW doesn't designate specific parking lot spaces as their own. 5. He wanted to be top flight security today, on top of working at CW? Doin waaaaay too much bro. 6. Ain't no one give a damn that much, they won't come into cricket wireless because there's no parking directly in front of their store. 7. What if I was going to HR block? Would it matter? I thought this spot was for cricket wireless customers? Make it make sense.. Anyway, not sure what decisions got him out here yesterday, harassing people in a parking lot, but I suggest you stay away from this business.

  This store will rarely take cash payment, when they did they couldn’t break 100. Told me to go ask around every other business to break it just to pay them. They were extremely disrespectful about the entire situation. I’ve been noticing this is a direct reflection of their overall customer service and their lack of quality and a phone service in general. Will be switching phone plans IMMEDIATELY
