I ordered a PS5, controller, and headphones online for pickup and listed my wife as the authorized pickup person. I was not in Seattle at the time, so she went to collect the items. When she arrived, staff told her to wait “a little bit.” She was excited to pick up the devices. However, after making her wait, they suddenly canceled the order. There was no valid explanation provided, even though everything was properly ordered and confirmed under her name. The cancellation felt intentional and deeply disrespectful. Based on how the situation was handled, I strongly believe the treatment was influenced by her personal identity. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and equal treatment. Very disappointing experience. I expected better.

The employees were very nice about trying to fit it in (and very cautiously!) and then ultimately waiting for us to bring another car that did fit the box. They were very caring about making sure the TV would not be damaged.

It felt like I was inconveniencing her when trying to pay my bill and rushed me out. Even complimented her nails, trying to have a good conversation and that didn't happen.

Everything is cheaper online but you can actually get eyes on it here and a better idea of what you need or have space for, so I appreciate that. Not as knowledgeable as they were in the past but given today's climate of corporate America that is to be expected. Still a good store with decent folks trying to make a living doing the best they can with what they have available to them staff wise.
